Tuition and Fees

The current tuition and fees for the Master of Science degree in Health Coaching with a concentration in Applied Nutrition are listed below.
  • Application: $75 (Non-refundable)
  • Tuition per Trimester Credit Hour: $495
  • Transfer of Credit Fee: $500 (flat fee)
  • Graduation Fee: $75

The estimated total program price is $17,970 for a 36 credit program; $12,530 for those with 12 credits of transfer work.

 

Note, if your undergraduate degree was earned from an institution outside the United States, you will be required to have educational attainment evaluated by World Education Services (WES). 

WES will charge for their services. Please understand that this evaluation is a requirement of our accreditation and licensing bodies.

Payment Schedule

  • The billing cycle is per trimester.
  • There are three billing periods per year.
  • All tuition fees for are due at the beginning of each trimester.
  • The application fee is paid upon submitting an application to IHCU.
  • A one time transfer of credit fee is due at the beginning of your second trimester. Note, you will need to have successfully passed the IAHC exam by this time. 
  • The graduation fee must be paid prior to a diploma or official transcript being issued.
  • Students with past due accounts will not be allowed to continue in the program.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Student may notify International Health Coach University of intent to withdraw via email by contacting admissions@ihcu.com 
  • A student has five (5) calendar days after signing the enrollment agreement to cancel and/or withdraw to receive a full refund of all payments paid to the institution.
  • A student who withdraws prior to the first day of class is entitled to a full refund of tuition and fees, minus the non-refundable application fee.
  • After the start of class, refunds will be calculated on a class-by-class basis using the time-based refund policy below. International Health Coach University will refund 100% of the tuition for any classes never started.

Refund Schedule

When a student cancels their enrollment, the institution will retain a one-time registration fee of $200, plus a percentage of tuition paid by the student in accordance with the following refund schedule:

1st week – 80%
2nd week – 60%
3rd week – 40%
4th week – 20%
5th week – 0%

Refunds will be made within 30 days of the students request.
